After the last OS update, all TS client have to select the domain in the drop down list when they log on to the server. This wasn't an issue before. How do I go about to force one domain to be selected already when a user logs in?

Usually if users are logging on using their UPN names (ie username@domain) then the drop down list should not appear. Is this what you were using before?

I added EnableCredSSPSupport:i:0 in the rdp file, so all the user have to do is double click the file and then log in once connected using their credentials. Once there, the correct domain was already selected but now it's blank (after the update), forcing users to select the domain they want to log into. Not that this is the most important thing in the world, but gets very annoying after a while, especially for some third party clients, where the saved credentials gets rejected and you have to manually type them in.

On your terminal server make sure this string contains your domain name:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Change DefaultDomainName to your domain name.

Thank you nelifecare, it worked perfectly.
