Dear All,

Does anyone has ideas about forcing a disconnection for a particular extension call...lets say to release specific call on a particular Extn after a certain time period by another Extn/Operator...

Intrusion can't help out in such a scenario...

Cheers,

Hi

There is a possiblity with MCOST in BC12 for outgoing call, but this depend if you receive taxe info from the network.

Otherwise, doing this for internal call as no solution, as far as I know, and I don't see the advantage.

An other possibility is to do a CTI app that perform such action.

Best regards

Hi,

Well MCOST or patch will be useful for disconnection of all calls related with that Extn...

In my scenario: Operator connects unsupervised calls between extn-External party & requires the possibilty to disconnect after a certain time limit if the call is still active..
Intrusion & Conference is a possibilty & may be manipulated for the solution but has restriction due to confidentiality issue...

Any other thoughts...

Cheers,

One man some times ago trying to do this with WinFIOL and self-made program (Delphi), which scan pbx by susip... imho, not so reliable solution of course, but he said (at a forum) it works.
