Is there any way to force a user to change their password at the next login? I am trying to get them to do this for telnet and/or ssh session. I can't find it in the account configuration in linuxconf. I am also looking for idletimeouts. I found something in the sshd Config file to do this but, I thought there may be another way to control this.

Maybe not at the next login, but arbitarily.

Check out the command 'chage' Perfection in engineering does not happen when there is nothing more to add. Rather it happens when there is nothing more to take away.
