I currently working on a report with approx 990 pages and arount 60 forced page breaks. The report will always be printed duplex. How can I make sure that the first page of every section starts on a odd page, front instead of back page, everytime.

You could consider placing a page break control somewhere in a group header or footer and make it visible or invisible depending on whether or not the current page is odd or even.
