Forced Entry Access Codes

I am looking for help in trying to determine where and how, with what syntax of commands can I change the forced entry access codes on a Definity G3CSIV6. The forced entry access code is punched in after a line is grabbed and then a number is dialed.

Is it possible that you mean forced entry of call work codes. Are you asking about Agents are forced to enter after a call center call? If so you might look at the hunt group (skill) number and see if the field on page on is a y in the Forced Entry of Stroke Counts or Call Work Codes? n

Sound like you are referring to Auth codes,because you stated that a a person grabs a line gat dial tone then insert the access code and finally dial the number.Maybe I am wrong ,however if you wneed to add an auth code

command: cha auth 1000

Then look at the rest and build the new one similar.
