I have an Option 11 that someone else setup to output account codes to CDR.
They had it working for awhile and then disabled it so users are no longer required to enter a code when making a call.
Now the customer wants to start tracking again who is making each call.
I have gone through other posts on this subject and checked the system.
In LD 11 I do not have an entry for FCAR or CHR.
In LD 15 FCAF is set to NO.
Is FCAR required for FCAF to function?
