We get forced calls on our ACD sets. Basicly the phones don't ring they automatically pickup. This is getting a bit tiresome since the helpdesk staff has to constantly watch their phones for the light to come on to know when to say "hi helpdesk".
How can we make the phones ring after they have gone through the queue ??
