Forced Account Code programming on Merlin Legend with Audix

I am a consultant with a customer that has old Legend system. they want to add an account code and can't remember how to do that. I can't find a technician who remembers how either....anyone out there know how? Customer used to program from their phone but doesn't remember the sequenc

I am in the same boat. I have a remote office that they let go of the phone person and now they need to enter in account codes to the system. I looked up Account Code Entry SPM or SMP on google and nothing really came up. just how to enter or change the account code when on the phone. or i see how to add it for forced Entry code on an extension.
I have the PC consol setup, though i am not in front of it as it is in a remote office and i need to know how to edit the account code list.

If you are talking about the Account Codes used by their Carrier, that should just be a speed dial.

The ones that can be kept track of by their SMDR are done in the system programming of extensions.
