Hello

I need to check all the Forced Account Code into the PBX on a remote site, I can connect to it using WinSPM but I can't find how to get a list of that numbers or how to delete, create or modify those codes.

Please if someone can help me with this?

To assign Forced Account Code Entry to individual extensions,
enter extensions required to use account codes before making an
outside call:
Extensions→Account→Toggle LED On/Off or dial ext. no.→
Enter→Back→Back
For Release 3.0 and later systems, to activate Account Code
Verification, enter at least one (maximum 50) account code in the
Account Code Verification list:
Options→ or More→AccountCode→Dial entry no. (1–
50)→Enter→Dial account code (16 digits, 1–9 or *)→Next to
enter more account codes or Enter when account code entry is
complete→Back
Mode Differences
Behind Switch

This part is easy: ....I can't find how to get a list of that numbers....

In Standard SPM go to Menu > System Program > Start/Exit > Extensions > Account > Inspect (Page Down).

That will show the extensions with FACE (Forced Account Code Entry) and you can back up 1 step from there and add or remove extensions from that list.

Ok, I try but I dont get any code, I'm using WinSPM 9.0, the codes that the users usually use are #801169#9 for example.

But can't find or how to add another one.

#80 is not for account code entry. perhaps therein lies some confusion. #80 is used for a feature called authorization codes.

Ok, and any tip on how can I get those codes and how to create, delete or modify it?

Those are Authorization Codes. You can get them through WinSPM, by going to Print, Auth Code.

An Auth Code is assigned to an extension, either a real physical one, or a phantom extension created from an adjunct.

All auth codes must be unique. They don't have to be the same as the extension number they are assigned to, but that makes it easier to manage.

When you dial #80, the Auth Code, and #, your phone "becomes" that extension for that particular call.

So if you have an extension restricted from calling out, but put in the auth code for an extension that is not restricted, you can place your call. Once you hang up, the phone reverts to its actual programming.

In your example, #801169#9, callers are becoming the extension associated with auth code 1169 for

Here's a cheat sheet on creating a phantom extension with an auth code, intended for remote call forwarding, but follow the first 2 sections to create phantom extensions and assigning their auth code.

Thanks, just a detail, where I can find that Cheat Sheet you mentioned?

Thanks, all was solved with the past advices, thanks again to all, you're great help
