Forced Account Code on New ACS

I have a customer who wants the phones to have to use an account code to keep customers from dialing out.

I set up #307 and lists in #409. I added a Feaure 12 button to one phone (Ext 11) and tried it but it doesn't work.

I go off hook and get dial tone, hit the F12 button which displays "Forced Account Code Entry" on the screen but I hear no DTMF tones when I dial the code. So, I tried dialing the phone number first and then the F.A.C. but as soon as a dial any number I get a re-order tone.

The lines are all set for TT not pulse so that isn't the issue.

Any help? What am I doing wrong? Am I an idiot? (Please skip the last question)
