Force Update of Routing Group Connector changes

What is the interval of (and how do I manually force) updates made on a remote Exchange server to routing group connectors of a different Routing Group.

Here's the situation:
Remote server = Colorado (member or routing group B)
Main servers = Los Angeles (members of routing group A)

Changes made to Routing Group A (Los Angeles) FROM the Colorado server.

When will the Routing Group A update to reflect the new changes?

Can I manually force it to update?
