Dear gurus,
I have a web-based application which has uploading/downloading center. Here is my problem: I'd like to be able to force download even if the file that the user attempts to download is a known MIME type for the browser (e.g. JPG,GIF,HTM). I thought it was impossible until I saw how attachments are handled in groups.yahoo.com. I think they use some special server-side script to hide the file's extension. I've seen similar thing on attachments in
Thanks in advance for any help! ---
