Hi,

Occasionally I get a SIP Line device that is ringing busy to all extensions it tries to call. The resolution I've found is to let it de-register from the SIP SS by powering off the device for ~ 1 hour. Just wondering if anyone knows how to force this to happen a little quicker. Disabling the TN just causes it to go in a DSBL REGISTERED state and doesn't correct the issue unfortunately.

Thanks,

Joel

does isetReset work same as UNISTIM in the sig server?

$ isetReset "IP address"
or the TN
$ isetReset "L S C U"

From the CLI of the signaling server

slgSetShowAll then slgDeregByUID the user id of the set in question

Get into your System Manager

System Manager >> Session Manager >> User Registrations

Filter your search and search the extension in the Address field. Highlight the user and you will see at the top of the page (Force Unregister)This will unregister the device.

Hope this helps.
