Force Report Refresh

All you have to do is either re-schedule the report or run the report on demand...
If you're asking whether you can force a specific instance to refresh when its viewed, then you can refresh the instance once its been opened via the refresh (lightning bolt) button. But since you can get a fresh instance by running the report on demand, there's not really any point to doing this.
