Force "Show All" checked

Hi all,

I have a flash app that I've left the default publish settings to show all, but when I test the app and right click it the "Show All" option isn't checked/ticked, does anyone know if there's a way to force this to be checked in actionscript ?.

everytime I try and google the answer I'm obviously getting back tutorials on how to make a flash menu or something else because the keywords match too many completely different things.
