>Pretty much copy the 9N system shortcode for the user and point it to the appropriate ARS for that company.
ARS doesn't apply - 3.0 uses LCR
You need to decide if you are going to use the analogue lines for outbound - I'd suggest not (usually these are soem old number that is crucial to the business, but not moveable ontothe ISDN and I don't like using different line types in the same line group))
Set the line group for the 1st company's ISDN lines to say 10 and teh line group for the 2nd company's to 20
then for users in company 1 put this shortcode in the user shortcode
SC - ?
TN - .
Feat - Dial
Lg - 10
and for the 2nd company users
SC - ?
TN - .
Feat - Dial
Lg - 20
You will also need to set the line group in the incoming call routes for the DDI to work correctly.
Again for the PSTN lines use a LG of say 11 and 21 and set up an incoming call route for each that passes calls to the required destination (you could set these 2 line groups to the same as the ISDN ones -but you may see odd tyhings happening)
Finally, I'd strongly recommend an upgrade - 3.0.40 is old and was very buggy (that is why there were so many 3.0 releases). Assuming you are correct abiout the firmware you are running now, 3.2 is the highest you can go to.

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
