I have a report that links to a SQL view and only uses the details section. It creates labels and prints to a Dymo printer.

If I run the report locally it works ok. However, when I run it from our business system it puts 2 labels onto one page instead of just one.

Is there a way I can force it to just print one record per page using a formula or even an easier way. I have googled this but a lot of what I find is based on Groups which I do not have in this report

Thanks

Go into the Section Expert, select Details->New Page After and in the x+2 box, enter: Not OnLastRecord

Under Paging I have New page after and then 2 parts

End of Section and Visible records

Which bit does this go in.

Thanks

Not familiar with this version if CR, I guess. I would try the formula area (x+2) for End of Section.

Pretty sure you can just check end of section.

The fact that behavior changes is likely due to a change in printer or printer driver.
