Thanks again,...But What I need to do is force IE to start an isloated session.

If you click the I.E. Icon multiple times, you get multiple sessions, But if you click a Custom Icon that is a shortcut to a URL, it overlays the last session that you opened.

So I am looking for a way to force a new session from that particular shortcut / url.

huh? I dont think this is possible. It would be different if you are doing this trhough your site but to do this on someones computer it might involve them tweaking thier settings. Other than that I have no clue how you can do this and am pretty sure (i would bet on this one) it is impossible [Hammer]
