Hi,
looking for a way (may well be API calls) to force a messagebox to appear on top of all other apps.
We have a system where user downloads 2 specific files from our intranet site each week. Users are field based and therefore impatient so they switch to other apps whilst this happens (takes about 5 mins). There is a messagebox that pops up to let them know that download is complete but if they have switched apps, this tends to appear behind whatever the active app is meaning that they sit there for even longer "waiting" for it to finish. Therefore looking for a way to force the messagebox to pop up in front of everything else on screen.
I thought I had seen something like this before but for the life of me I can't find it !!
Rgds, Geoff
We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.
Please read FAQ222-2244 before you ask a question
