Force menus to sort automatically

This question could probably go in a Windows forum as well as I'm also interested in doing this with the Programs menu.

Does anyone know of a way to set the Favorites menu in IE to automatically sort by name every time it is displayed, instead of the user having to right-click and resort periodically?
