Force ISA to allow the CONNECT method to the destination IP and port

We have Citrix based intranet. When opening the connection to the intranet, it opens Citrix MetaFrame connection.

the ISA 2006 we use for proxy purposes causes Citrix MetaFrame connection to fail with error"
The configured proxy server refused to establish a connection

According to this article, I need to Check to ensure that the proxy server allows the CONNECT method to the destination IP and port number.

This is my question, where in ISA 2006 do i specify the CONNECT method?
