Force ISA/IEA

I have to somehow force ECMap to create a new ISA/IEA envelope in an outbound 270. Every time the 2000C loop reaches 10,000 iterations, I need to create the new ISA envelope. Any suggestions?

Have you tried using the System Variable Change_Level?

I wanted to, but there isn't a level for ISA. The levels start with the ST segment.
