Force internal number - internal clip

Hi,

We have a ipo server R10 + ip500v2 Gateway.

We have created some groups with 1 user ip dect and one analog phone.
The customer is complaining that if someone call with the dect, and the called recall from call log it recall the dect not the group number ( normal behavior)

Is it possible to configure the dect and the analog phone to show the group extension when calling internally ?

We have try to twin the analog phone with the dect but the dect didn't appear in the twinning list .

No it isnt possible.

I dont think you can twin a device to an analog, but can twin the analog to the DECT.

if i go to the twinning menu of the dect, i cant' find a analog extension.

Analog are on the v2 and dect on the server

Ah, that will be it, you can only twin users on the same system, not ones across an SCN/SE link.

Indeed, twinning to an analogue is no issue, I've done it, but internal twinning only works on local/single systems
