Here is my situation, we have a server at one buidling (A) with domain.com and a another building (B) server with the same domain name but no way to connect the two sites. my problem is when they send an email from building (A) to a user at building (B) since they have the same domain name the exchange box at (A) tries to send it internally but fails because the user they are sending to at building (B) isn't on that exchange box. is there any way to force all email at (A) send all email through the internet connector we created?

You need to get connectivity between them and get them in the same domain.

You could try some smart host trickery, but that can lead to mail loops, which will take down both sides in minutes.
