Is there a way to force a line to drop? We keep having two lines getting stuck. Its an ongoing issue. One is showing on the bcm as feature 81 and the other is just blank. No one has been setting up any conference calls or anything. Our phone co says one line is on "plant lockout" and the other line tags along with it. Is there any way I can get those two lines to just drop using the bcm because getting through to the phone co to do it usually takes hours.

Dont think there is such thing as F81
Blank key means blank key...
Suggest you do F*0 then press those buttons to see what they truly are.
Also make sure your lines have Disconnect Supervision turned on at system level and also with the carrier.
