Is there a way in the bcm that I can force the system to route certain numbers over the voip trunks? What is going on is my users are not dialing the 4 digit extentions so I want them to be forced to do so. Lets say I am at location A and the phone number to that location is 222-555-5555 Now at location B the 4 digit extention to the operator is 2250 but out of habit or sheer lack of knowelege I dial 222-555-5555. I want to be able to tell the switch that when i call that number from internal its to be routed to the 4 digit extension. Hope thats clear if not let me know.

You'd need to build out your destination codes to do this. Build a separate route for your IP trunks (ex, pool N might be for your current 4 digit dialing, Build a destination code for 222-555-5555, absorb all digits, and insert the appropriate digits back in the new route (set 2250 as an external number).

You'll then need to make sure that the destination codes for other digits in the 222-555-XXXX area are pointed out a public route. You could make 222-555-555A a destination code, then unassign 5555 from the "wild card", then build 222-555-5555 as it's own destination code. You might need to drill down "backwards" a bit until you've made sure that all the possible combinations are accounted for.
