Force Beep Tones

Is there more than one type of Force Beep tone one can send out to the Users? I seems to be running into the issue again of our reps not hearing a beep when a call comes in.

One thought is to change the length of tone, or make it beep twice.

I ran into this problem once and it turned out that on the 390x phones in the options screen you can change the volume of this beep. options>volume>buzzer. You can also change BUZZ to RNGB in the CLS, this will wake them up !

SV.. yeah we use the older 2216's do think I have that CLS option.. I will look.
