We are running Exchange 2003 front-end and back-end servers. (Total 2 servers) Both running Exchange standard edition.
We just passed over the 14 gb limit (out of 16 gb's).
Is there a way to force Outlook XP & 2003 to AutoArchive ALL folders (via registry, etc.).
I've found at least a dozen users who have created multiple sub-folders trying to organize every email they get. By default, AutoArchive is not enabled, and you have to manually go into each folders settings and enable it.
Options???
Thanks,
Russell
