Hi All

Looking at making some improvements to our CC runnings and was wondering if it was possible to set up Symposium (or the Meridian (opt 11) ) to only allow agents to make outbound calls when they are logged in. EG not give them a DN key on their phone set until they are logged in.

Many Thanks

Tammi

In the PBX, if you change the settings on that queue(s) (LD 23) to RDNA = Yes, it will restrict agents from making outgoing calls when not logged in. You need to have an ADS or SCB block programmed in order for that prompt to come up.

This will apply to all phones that are programmed as ACD sets in that queue.
