Force agent into Manual in???

Does anyone know of a command that can be used to force an agent into manual/auto in?

ie a feature access code? I have a *22 called Auto In access code but Im not sure what tis does?

Can anyone shed any light for me?

Here is an explanation:

Auto-In

When the agent logs in or presses the auto-in button they are immediately ready to take calls. No ACW is allocated, so when the current call is finished they are automatically put into a ready state.

Manual-In

When the agent finishes a call they are put automatically into ACW. When they are ready to take a call they should press the manual-in button, putting them into a ready state.

When deciding which to use the amount of administration work associated with the call needs to be considered.
