I have concatenated two fields in a text box on a report I have created, both are memo fields. I want to force a paragraph break between the two paragraphs.

I have tried [paragraph1]&CrLf&[paragraph2] but this just automatically puts square brackets around the carriage return.

Any assistance gratefully received!

ContrlSource:
Code:
=[paragraph1] & vbcrlf & vbcrlf & [parageaph2]

although you MAY have some difficulty in the total display, as the textbox (.value) size limitation may limit the display.

Thank you for the suggestion but it just duplicated the error this time I achieved two sets of square brackets.

You can't ever use constants like vbCrLf in a control source of a control. These constants are limited to code only.

You can use:
Code:
=[Paragraph1] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [Paragraph2]
