For those interested in Sniffer PDA Wireless

I have just posted a couple of AVIs on my site for Airmagnet. Yes, I know this is the Sniffer forum but if you are considering the PDA version of Sniffer, you own it to yourself to look at the clips before you sign on the line.

The clips are NOT streamed.. yet .. I'm still building the server to stream them so it's a download. Dont try this over a dialup link. The files are set to a 256Kbps data rate which was the smallest I could go and still retain good detail of such a small screen.

Right now I'm trying to make a short AVI of Sniffer's PDA unit but it's having technical problems. I'll get it up as soon as I can for a side by side comp.

Hi, As wybnormal has just mentioned AirMagnet is definitely worth looking at for wireless monitoring and decodes. As a standard-lone product it is beter than Sniffer PDA as it has a far beter range of features. Sniffer PDA's advantage is that it intergrates into the Sniffer Suite, so you can use Sniffer Expert system.
The AirMagnet Handheld's product suite includes tools in the areas of Wireless Administration, Installation Surveying, Security Assessment, Connection Troubleshooting and Performance Management.
