I am using

ObjBook.SaveAs "\\mamxweb01\web$\Documentacion\askvstriggers\askvstriggers" + Format(Date, "mmddyy") + ".xls"
ObjBook.SaveAs "\\mamxweb01\web$\Documentacion\askvstriggers\askvstriggers.xls"

it asks if i want to save the file...i need to put yes but in the program...so it does not stops the excution of it...please, any ideas...thanks..

My guess is that you're getting a prompt because the file already exists when you try to save it. Try deleting the file (look at help on the Kill command) before performing the save as.

You could possibly set the .DisplayAlerts property of your Excel object to False before the SaveAs call, and back to True after the SaveAs call.
