okay, here is the link...
if viewed in IE, you see a perfect box with no breaks.
if viewed in NS, you see the box, but the corners don't line up right.
can anyone assist? at one time, i had them lined up, but now can't figure out what i did. i can't figure out why netscape shows different.

any suggestions? i've been trying for a week now. also, in NS the blue header doesn't align in the middle. help!!
