I have a user who has a relatively new laptop (probably irrelevant but who knows). This week when he attempts to go to our local Intranet, he gets a screen that says:

For Our Sites, please visit:

There are then 2 columns with 6 items listed:

CentralNic.com CN.com
US.com NO.com
UK.com UK.net
DE.com SE.com
EU.com fares.com
las-vegas.us.com claims.com

Our network admin has seen it but doesn't remember how to fix it.

Anyone able to help?

check the hosts file.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

We have checked the hosts file. Nothing looks out of order. Just has the default entry example for 127.0.0.1 localhost.
