For marketability, best to Learn ORACLE or JAVA?

After many years as an IBM mainframe programmer using COBOL, IDMS database & ADSO, should I now learn ORACLE or JAVA to increase my marketability?

Hi,

Java because it is more universal.

DB2 because it has a bigger installed base.

PC-COBOL to create web-based applications.

But never learn Oracle. Why not? Because every new release is not compatible. I didn't notice this with COBOL. Ok, some small differences, but not that big as with Oracle.

I also don't like to be bound with one supplier. Java works on all platforms, just like COBOL. Never bet on one horse....
