Footnote Style

InDesign CS2 has a specific format (font and font size) for the footnotes. Can we edit this thing? Can we change the font type and size? Thank you very much.
 
Hi medina,

After you iinsert a footnote you have the possivility to change the look of the Footnote entry as well as the footnote reference.

What you must do is first create a paragraph style for the footnote at the bottom of the page and a character style for the reference in the text.

After that you can apply those styles.
Go to menu Type>Document Footnote Options.

There you find a variety of options
