Footnote numer type

Hi all,
have a little problem with footnotes
Mine book was created in MSword with footnote, all footnotes imported in ID very good but there is a few type of numbering footnotes (* or 1.2.3...) this both types are used in MSword, but ID changed them all to one type (i can choos wich one).

How can i aply multiple numbering type to footnote?
