Footer with Page number

HOw to add the page number in the footer as in Ms Word?

Are you sure your in the right forum? This forum deals with
Visio.

To add page numbers in word; select Header/Footer from the View menu and drag the "#" to the footer.

Easily done justparams,
Go to the view menu, then Drawing Explorer Window, right click on your file name, select Header & Footer, á voila!!!

...Or forget the drawing explorer, file name step and just choose Heasder & Footer from the View menu.

Visio has many options that can be reached in several ways.
