My report usually has 4 or 5 pages, but none of them are full with records. They are grouped so there are only a couple records per page. Is there any way to have the footer show up right below the detail section (not the bottom of the page) on EVERY page? The report footer does this, but only shows up on the last page.

Can't you use a Group Footer rather than the Page Footer?
