I have a two-column report. When I preview or print it the footer with totals and other final information is visible in a half: the contents is visible only to right margin of the first column. When I set the ColumnCount to 1 the footer is visible good. What to do to correct the situation?
Thank you, Andrew

Do you need 2 footer sections? I mean are you totalling 2 different columns of stuff, or is it all totalling to one field or group of fields? Is it that you just want the total showing up twice on the report? More detail please!
=)

I need simple one-column footer. Two column is only the detail section where are placed prices (to effective using of the page space). Below is showed the template of my report. I need the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION occupy all space from first GOODS column to second PRICE2 column.

<Header section>

                       COMPANY NAME
                         Address
----------------------------------------------------

                       PRICE-LIST
                       dated ........

<PageHeader Section>
----------------------------------------------------
goods ¦ price1 ¦ price2  ¦¦ goods ¦ price1 ¦ price2
----------------------------------------------------
<Detail Section>
...      ....     ....    ¦¦ .....   .....    ......
...      ....     ....    ¦¦ .....   .....    ......
...      ....     ....    ¦¦ .....   .....    ......
----------------------------------------------------
<End of Detail Section>
<Footer Section>
                ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
.....................................................
.....................................................
.....................................................

   Signatures

   .......................
   .......................
<End of Footer Section>

Is your additonal information area just one field? Is it a combo box or list box? It sounds to me like all you have to do is stretch out the control in the footer.....but maybe I am not understanding you. I'm sorry if I am not terribly helpful, but I am trying! So you want it to look like this:
<Detail Section>
...      ....     ....    ¦¦ .....   .....    ......
...      ....     ....    ¦¦ .....   .....    ......
...      ....     ....    ¦¦ .....   .....    ......
----------------------------------------------------
<End of Detail Section>
<Footer Section>
                ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
...........................................................
...........................................................
...........................................................

   Signatures

   .......................
   .......................
<End of Footer Section>

So everything is all even? Is that the problem? or is it not showing all the information at all? If it's just that the information isn't fitting, stretch the box out. If the information isn't showing up at all, maybe the control isn't bound to the right source, or there is some other problem. I don't know enough details about it to really say. good luck!
There are many object in the footer: labels and fields. When I am in Report Constructor (or Builder, I work with russian version of Access97 and my terms maybe incorrect) all objects are fully visible. But when I PREVIEW or PRINT the report the parts of objects which are right to first column PRICE2 are invisible. I understand how to stretch out the control.
