This is part software question and part technical support question. I am looking for a way to add into the footer of ever page that is printed out a person’s windows username. Importantly this is every page from every application (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Acrobat etc. etc). I can do it on an oki printer in printer properties but none of my HP seem to be able to.
