Footer Conversion Incorrect from Word to PDF

We are using Windows 2003, SQL 2005, IIS 6, LES 9.7.1, Renditions 2.0.2.

This is has just happened recently, with no changes made to the Livelink system. When a Word document contains the footer syntax, for example - Page 1 of 10, Page 2 of 10...and is subsequently Renditioned, the footer syntax of the Rendition Word document to PDF is converted as - Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2...

Does anyone know the cause?

the renditioning is controlled by the rendition server usually adlib express.The documents are opened one by one and rendition rules are invoked,so it is better to check if any changes/patches /updates happened there. Livelink just dumps the files to the input folder and picks it from the output folder that is all its job there.Perhaps as a test create documents as docx and the old .doc extensions and see if they have any difference
