Foot Notes

Is there any way we can create a foot note like notation in crystal report 8?
I need to put 1 or 2 or 3 etc. in the report and give an explanation text (a field value) at the end of the report(like an end note you see at the end of a term paper or a company annual report).
Ex:
1. bla..bla...bla.... Page No. 34
2. Hi...hi..hi.. Page No. 78
.............etc.
