Another probably-FAQ, with apologees.
I developed my Excel VBA application on my laptop, which has a 800x600 resolution screen. I didn't modify the font size of any controls, so they all stayed at Excel's default size=8. Things were fine. Now I hooked up to my docking station, connected to a higher-resolution screen (1024x768), and the userform writing was really tiny. But on some further investigation, I found that all the regular Excel controls are in 8-point type, and they were larger. Going into the userform and just manually clicking on each control and setting the font size to 8 (i.e., no change) made each bit of text a little larger. Is there more than one kind of "8-point" designation? I'm confused...
