Help! Is there a way to set up a table in Access so that I can use a variety of fonts or font colors within the table itself? For example, if I'm updating the table, I'd like my comments to be in red, whereas someone else's updates would be blue. I've searched help files and the internet and have found nothing that helps. Am I asking too much of Access? Thanks!! Joy

In a simple answer....IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN!

What you are describing can't be done in the Access tables themselves. If you are using Access 2000 or newer you can probably make something like this work at the form/report level using relational information, some conditional formatting, and a bunch of VBA code, but you are talking some serious work here... Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. (Albert Einstein)
