We changed our PC from a Win98 operating system to WinXP. We reloaded Corel WP Office Suite 2000 on the new machine and tried to open our documents. Each document is formatted with different fonts. Can anyone tell me why this might be happening? What can I do to get our old formatting back?

Thanks in advance.

Eric

Two things can happen here. 1. You used a font that is not installed now. 2. Your printer driver is different.

Not much you can do now. If you have the old computer, do a File, Save As and check the box to embed fonts. This won't help print driver issues but should get you close.

You can set wp to not reformat an open document to the current printer. (Tools, Settings, Environment and uncheck the reformat box)
