Font won't load- Quark 4.1, OSX, Suitcase X1

We just got new G5's and have installed Suitcase X1 and Quark 4.1 (we plan to install Quark 6, but for this project, we need to be able to open the files on our older G4s as well, which are running 4.1 and OS9).

Overall, things seem to be working fine. However, we have one big problem that we've been unable to solve. Helvetica Condensed seems to load fine on Suitcase. Suitcase indicates that it is activated. However, when we open Quark 4, it says Helvetica Condensed is missing. It does not show up in the font menu.

I opened the MS Word demo and Helv. Cond. doesn't appear in its font menu either.

Any ideas?

oh, I should also have mentioned that the rest of the fonts seem to work fine, at least in this one particular document.
