I'm having a problem with Outlook 98 displaying e-mails. I haven't been able to find any answers and I wondered if anyone on this forum had ever seen this.
My customer is on a mac using Outlook 98. She's receiving mail from other employees (and contractors), most of whom are on Win NT machines using Outlook 2000. A few of her correspondents are using non-standard fonts (Garamond elite). The e-mail from these people doesn't display properly--the e-mails cut off the last five or six characters from each line of text, making the e-mail unreadable. Further, the problem persists if she changes the font by copying and pasting into a new e-mail. Has anyone encountered this problem?
Thanks muchly.
