Font style problem in TOC

I have a problem with my TOC. I set the paragraph styles for the TOC and they work well in the book I was working with, but then I tried to make a new document with the same settings and the TOC gets font styles from the headings in the TOC :-(. This doesn't happen in the book and I use exactly the same settings. I can fix the problem by deleting the font style in the document but I think there should be a better way, since I would like to keep it. Suggestions?
